maybe it wasnt a nightmare or a make believe friend. younger kids from what I hear can see ghosts for somereason I cant remember. Anyways maybe if you sleep with her in her room for awhile maybe she will get over it  |

Anything that scares a child, generally isn't good. Kids have a unique intuition that they lose as they get older. She may have had a nightmare or she could be seeing something. I would get some holy water, spread it around her room. I'd also get a crucifix and put it over her bed. Better safe, then sorry. She probably won't want to sleep in her room for a while or until she feels he's gone. Ask her questions about how long he's been there and what he says and does. I don't know how much she can explain but talking about it is probably helpful so she knows you understand. Good luck to you.  |

One more thing... if it is a ghost that explains why it's attracted to her. Entities are attracted to the energy given of by a child. Some adults attract them but children do generally. Do you have any animals? If so, do they act or look around at something in her room? |

I wouldn't hesitate to see what it is first, I would want whatever it is out of the home. I agree with everybody who thinks this is a bad spirit (or demon) and I would follow the advice of You Choose.  |

I think it's a demmon;as I say all the time demons most often show themselves to little children because they are the most vunerable.Chances are that the demon can't come past your daughters room because the source of it's existance lies in her room rather it's a toy or a peace of paper.Think back to when she first started seeing the "big man" did you buy her something new or did somebody give her something or maybe she picked up something without your knowledge from outside check it out and you will find I'm correct that's why you haven't seen it because it can't go past her room.*OSHEN*  |

It is probably a bad or evil spirit, i herd many stories about this stuff, you should ask her what it looks like and if she says its all black then it probably is a spirit, or who knows it could just be a nightmare - Morphix  |
