awww matrix, for your sake I just hope this is a passing phase.. Has anything in your life, from past or present upset you really bad? You eating well and drinking lots? Alot of factors in life can make you feel in such a way... Give it a week, living life to the best of your ability, if nothing happens then, maybe see your doctor. |

i dont think im depressed but i know i have a bad case of insomnia and my two best friends (skate boarders) tell me im paranoid because i dont get much sleep any more and they think im to tired to skate but i dont know if thats the problem or not |

thats how I started off a huge depression episode last year. For about 10 weeks I couldnt get to sleep until like 2-3 in the morning. I would be up thinking about baically nothing.. then I started skipping school alot cos I didnt feel like going. So yeh sleep is really important. Dont let it drag on like I did, cos then everything will just collapse around you and you'll find yourself in a huge depressive heap. Take warm baths before you sleep. Drink warm drinks, um sleep with a hot water bottle.. lots of things. try to relax and free your mind of everything. If you can remind me.. i can tell ya some natural remidies too |
