My hamster has had this HUGE bump under his arm for a while. Lately he has been loseing weight drastically!!!!! (sp?) I told my mom hes getting worse, we have to go to the vet! We did and they said "we can put him to sleep, or do surgery(sp?) that may kill him, but its been sucessful, but we can't guarantee the tumor won't come back" well the surgerty costed $150.00!!!!! I said i can and my parents said i can't...my dad said we had to put him to sleep. So we did...i couldn't even hold him or look as the nurse took him away..i was crying too hard to even hold him...he was so skinny and so small i was afraid to hold him...but now i wanna hold him close to me now and be able to look at his little face again...i don't want to get another one, beacuse they always die! I can't stop crying now!
