Sorry Freaq, I don't find this behavour very funny at all. I feel you need to talk with him and your mum and explain to them how it upsets you. Tell him when you have done something worth punishing you for ,then disciplinary action must be taken but as for day to day nothing....well that is a form of abuse. I know you say its funny and you are used to it, but I don't think you should have to put up with it. My father stopped spanking me when I began puberty. I think you're right, your Dad does sound like a bit of a show off. Maybe you could confront him and ask him why he does it. Perhaps he does it cause he wants to be involved in your life and being 'cool' in front of your friends is his way of doing it. I dont know, but talking to him would be the best way to find out. I can't talk to him...he might call me stupid or dumb and smack me lol. I also confronted him and he smacked me wit a belt a few times and said how ye like that I was like just fine and dandy what do you think? that I DID like it lol.  |

I think you father needs to grow up and stop acting like a child. If your mother is around,why not talk to her about this problem? If not,then maybe someone in your father's family,such as your grandparents,or an uncle or aunt,etc ((hugs))  |
