Did he take it?

its kind of a long story so i'll shorten it down ok. Here goes... my boyfriend and i split up last week, he told me never to speak to him again. Then one night i saw him i'd been out and was a little drunk. Anyway we went for a walk and it was really early in morning like 2 am an he asked for a light, as i was drunk an it was pitch black i couldn't find it so i handed my bag to him. We ened up arguing and i left, as i went to call a taxi i realised my phone was gone, i was near a phonebox so i called it but it was on answerphone. When i got home i called and asked him but he said he didn't have it. But i know for definate i had it before i was talking to him and if i'd dropped it it would still have been turned on and would have rang. i just know he took it but i cant do anything about it. now i'm worried because my dad really mad about it an i think he'll do something to my ex, even though he deserves it i dont want my dad in trouble. also can you tell me if my ex will leave me alone now as i'm quite easily led and he knows he can sweet talk me round especially if i've been drinking which i do when i go out an thats when i see him. I just want him to be out of my life, i knew he was bad but i didn't realise just how bad he was. Please help as its really worrying me so much so in fact i'm going to go see my doctor for some anti-depressants. Love lucy_2002
