I agree the best way to tell is if you cut it and see that the meat is white.  |

just cook it until it is..'white on both sides' and the inside is white..and not 'rubbery' lol..sorry if this sounds weird..i'm not sure about the temp..it sounds good to me..? something around medium maybe to medium high? well anyways..just make sure the middle is white, and its not rubbery..thats my advice!  |

 i think i did good... all pieces are white in the middle and all sides are browned. and it tastes pretty dagonned good... i hope i am not dead from food poisoning tomorrow... lol |

Keep it on a medium heat. You don't want to get it too hot because it will really start to stink if the feathers start to burn.  |
