Please Help, I'm COOKING CHICKEN, HELP!!!. ............ MonkeyLuvr

HELP!! My first time cooking chicken without supervision...

Okay, I have an electric skillet, West Bend, and I have heat set on 325. How long does it have to cook to be sure it's done? And HELP ME!!!

And do I have the temp right?

Any advice appreciated...

Date: 8/8/2002 8:59:00 PM  From Authorid: 20069    just cook it until it is..'white on both sides' and the inside is white..and not 'rubbery' lol..sorry if this sounds weird..i'm not sure about the temp..it sounds good to me..? something around medium maybe to medium high? well anyways..just make sure the middle is white, and its not rubbery..thats my advice!

i think i did good... all pieces are white in the middle and all sides are browned. and it tastes pretty dagonned good...
i hope i am not dead from food poisoning tomorrow... lol
