My husbands parents are both teachers, and have been for roughly 15 years. They work very hard, and my father-n-law is a jr. high football couach, and he also coaches jr high girl basketball. He see's 100's of kids every year. Both my husbands parents are dedicated teachers, and i can't even imagine how many children they have influenced over the years. They make roughly about 40,000 a year. they work all year round, teaching summer school ect. Coaching takes a lot of time as well. That bothers me, because pro atheleats make millions a year, and if it wasn't for thier coaches, teachers, ect they never would have made it to college, to make it to pro. Do we really have that little a respect for our teachers, and coaches? Who do you think is preparing the doctors, lawyers, and judges for college? this really bothers me. Anyone else have an opinion!
