I know that this sounds sort of gross, but it does work. Just put you some preparation h on your acne and it will disappear after a few treatments. Just please be sure to use a new clean tube, haha. Much luck to you....Hope this does help some...... |

Don't use Preparation H!!! All that will do is take away the inflamation of the acne for a few hours, but it will be back. What you need is something that actually gets to the root of the acne problem...try Proactiv or even Nature's Cure, as stated above. But, for the most part, Toothpaste, etc. that other junk only serves to irritate your skin further. Exfoliate two to three times a week, wash your face in the morning and at night, use gentle lotion or cream if you use moisturizer, acne treatments with salicylic acid...etc. |

Drink Lots of water! About 8 cups a day. I know it sounds like alot but keep in mind I said "cups" not glasses. A medium drink from somewhere like Burger King is big enough to contain about 2 1/2 cups of water. XOXO |

Go to a dermatologist, more than likely she will check your face and give you this soap it looks exactly like a tiny version of that brown looking soap bar that Neutrogena has but its not, it has, looks like, little white dirt particles in it, you wash your face in the morning and at night, she'll give a prescription pill to take, and a prescription for a cream called Differin gel, it works like a charm in 2 weeks, my acne was gone but i didn't have acne that bad, so i hope it works for u. |

I agree with Author 59165. Go to a dermatologist. Also, if you have acne try not too scrub your skin too much,it's good to remove dead skin cells but if you have acne and scrub your face too much it agravates your skin which will only result in more acne. About toothpaste it might work sometimes but it can burn your zit as far as leaving brown spots on your face. Just in case for everyone out there I prepare an oatmeal mask, you can buy one but what I do is get some oatmeal ,moisten a fistfull of oatmeal with some milk but don't go crazy on the milk, add enough to make a paste and put in on your face until it dries up a bit, around 15 minutes or so... hehe, sounds messy but it helps level the oil in the skin and leaves it silky smooth. This mask helps, but it is not a miracle cure, I still say it is good to see a dermatologist. Hope I helped. -*Skylar* |

Dont use toothpaste. I tried that when I was a teenager and it burned my face. Literally. I have scars. |

Nature's cure worked well for me. In addition to that, you should definatley (i dont know how to spell that exactly) wash you face with soap and water two times a day (morning and night). Good luck in 8th grade!!! -Ringleader |
