Does anyone ever....?

Does anyone ever feel useless? I don't just mean at sports or something, or at a particualr task as such, more just, well, as if they are of little consequence in matters? Feel left out of stuff?

If you do, how do you cope with feeling like this? Is there anything you do that makes you feel better?

Just general wonderment.

I guess thats why I'm often at the computer the only thing I have closest to friends are ones online, and even they are very few. If I get depressed or frustrated, I just go out in the backyard and shoot off a couple rounds and empty a few clips. That or watch alot of TV , or listen to some loud music. I guess overall.. I'm a boring person. lol

They're all quite close together, but I'm over 4 hours away from them, so I can't get to see them til we start again in sept/oct. I'v got mates at home, but I haven't seen any of them for a long time now.  
Date: 7/25/2002 7:41:00 PM  From Authorid: 59248    Awwheck, I'm practically a stinkin Manic Depressive, BUT: here's what I do, and It totally helps, A LOT. : Take up an instrument, I play the Baritone in Band, but that sucks, when I'm depressed, I throw on Nightwish, (or whatever your favorite CD is, and you put the speakers behind your head, turn it up, and play the drums to the music, and IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU SUCK! Also: this one is a bit more serious for those who don't drum: Take a piece of paper, and a pencil, ok, lots of paper: then, seclude yourself somewhere. Question yourself, and write down everything your brain thinks, "why do you feel bad" "I don't think anyone loves me" "your family does" "they are forced to" -- You write it down, and find out what you really think, and yes, this is like talking to yourself!! Another one is this: Talk about it with other people! -Contena, -Message me to discuss anything further.

Seems as though it gets harder and harder when it comes to finding out who your true friends are.

Date: 7/25/2002 9:12:00 PM  From Authorid: 58836    i totaly know how you feel! i feel useless most of the time. i always wonder if there is a reason for me. i question if my boyfriend really loves me and stuff like that. the only thing i know that has worked for me is alot of crying, holding it in doesn't help. and write in a journal i know it sounds weird but if you dont know how to express it to someone, that really helps. and it get things off your chest
