I don't think this was a dream.

This happened last night, it's the freakiest thing to ever happen to me. - So I think I had just awakened from a dream which I don't remember, but when I woke up I realized I couldn't move at all. Couldn't move my legs, my arms, or my head. I started hearing this voice. It sounded a little like my dad's but it wasn't him. I was to freaked out about not being able to move that I didn't understand anything the voice said. While the voice was still talking I realized I couldn't breathe, but there was nothing I could do. Soon the voice stopped talking and I was able to move and talk again. I sat up, got out of bed and went to the restroom. When I got back to bed I layed back down, but had a lot of trouble sleeping. Now this fealt so realistic, i'm almost sure it wasn't a dream, but could this actually happen in reality? Well I guess it changed my life. Right now im afraid to go to sleep. Im more on the look out. I don't really know, right now I am very freaked out.
