Haunted Rental

I moved into this house in August 2000. It wasn't long until I heard someone walking down my hallway, making the floor squeek. I knew nobody was home, I was the only one in the house, and I was at my computer. My cat was sitting on the top back of my chair. I thought I was hearing things. A few days later my oldest daughter told me something was strange. She swore that a girl walked into my bedroom, she thought it was my other daughter. When she went into the room to find out why her sister was in my bedroom, nobody was there. I told her not to say anything to her sister and little brother. After about 2 days, my other daughter came home from school telling me of a conversation she was having with the owner's grandson who was in her class. He told her of the girl that was killed in our basement accidentally. She apparently was shot with a gun that her boyfriend was messing with. I have felt coldness on my arm every time I was on the computer and using my cam. I have a friend in a cam/chat program that was watching my cam, and had no idea of what was going on in my house, he asked me who was standing by my side, that he could see someone there. Another friend of mine who doesn't know the other, even said he could see something standing by me at another different time. It didn't scare me, because I knew she wasn't there to hurt me, she was just curious about the computer and cam. But she did have a sense of humor, she tipped my garbage in the kitchen over about 3 times. And my cat has sensed her when she's around too. How about that for a story???
