I know that there are several books about the Atkins diet. I dont remember what they are called though. I've tried going on it a couple times and it was hard. *PunkStarChikk*  |

Yes there is a book. My dad is on it. BUT this diet has also been scientificly(sp?) proved to be the worse way to lose weight. Because its all fats. My dad gets like the fat off the steaks (not to gross you out) Its a no-carb diet. All that fat can kill you. How? By having that fat around your heart! Just be careful! You can get the book at like Bokmans, Abco (garret's IGA for some states) in the book section...its calle Dr.Atkins The new recolution(sp?) Diet, sumthing like that!  |
