Any Ideas?

My boyfriend's grandpa had been sick for a while, and got worse after my boyfriend and I started dating. He had spells where he was fine and then spent days and weeks in the hospital for heart problems. He died on March 15th, but on the Sunday before his death, I told him that I was going home (I always told his grandparents when I was leaving-my b/f lived w/ his grandparents by the way). Normally his grandpa always said "See ya later" or "Be careful, see you Friday/Sunday." but this time, when I told him I was leaving, he said "Bye." and that's the last time I saw him alive. I got a call the following Friday with the news that he died so I rushed over and spent the day and a good part of the night with my boyfriend and his grandma. That night, on the way home, I heard a voice say my name and something else and then laughed. It came from the passenger's seat of my car, but I was alone. The voice was my b/f's grandpa, there is no mistaking it. I'd know it anywhere. I looked over and saw nothing but still heard him saying my name or I guess it was him unless I imagine it. Then a few weeks ago, I was in the car with my friend and something touched and held my hand and it wasn't my friend. My hand was cold and at the same time warm where I felt something touching me. She felt something cold around her and I was busy freaking out about whatever was touching me. After that, I just assumed nothing was wrong but she says it's my boyfriend's grandpa again. A little while ago I heard my name over and over again but I'm the only one awake, the family's sleeping. I've never experienced this before until my boyfriend's grandpa's death. Do any of you have any ideas on what it is? My friend says he's looking over me and protecting me since I was there when he was in the hospital and when he died, I went to the funeral and everything but I don't know...
