A CHILD CALLED "IT" ~The Mystery~

I read this true book called A Child Called "It". It was so sad. I cried all through it. It's about David Pelzer (written by him too)who was the 2or 3 worst child abuse case in California in the '70s. It's the saddest book I have ever read, but I totally recommend it to everyone. Even though the things David suffers through are so horrific, in the end and during his abuse he does win because his mother can never break his spirit. It focuses more on the human spirit's will to survive than anything else. I totally recommend this book to everyone-it will bring child abuse out in a new way for you, like it did me. ~The Mystery~

How it changed my life:

Made me SOOO musch more aware of child abuse.

I have yet to read the 3rd one, but I thought the first 2 were good, and opened my eyes. I never knew there could ever be such things like that going on in the world. I thought I had it bad.
