I saw this in a Teen Newsweek magazine by an article about tightend security in the USA after September 11. It was a political cartoon of the Statue of Liberty saying "Give me your huddled masses, carefully screened. Give me your fingerprints, your photo I.D.s. Rid us of this wretched immigration policy so poor, that imports terror onto our shore."
It just made me think. People after Sep. 11 will do anything to make the USA safe, but when does that turn in to saying we are no longer totally the "land of the free?"
