INVADE ME (Bethann)

I greet you,
To my kingdom
Of sprawling thoughts.
The width of my realm
May not reach far,
But to only you and me.
To the seas and back unto the sun.
Saying 'see you later' to the moon,
And then glide back into thick air.
The dimensions of the mind-
Is bigger then you presume.
Maybe you are an ant filled with jelly
And you speak to me with a clear head.
The cell phone is ringing,
And no one answers.
One missed call,
Climbs the charts of a dozen.
Perhaps you don't mean anything
Perhaps you are alone.
The aliens are concerned,
Of their freedom.
"I want you!"
They cry in unison.
Taking over,
Taking over thoughts.
Invade me.
Let's be hypocrites.
Tell me about your restricted boundaries.
Invade me I say-
As if I mean nothing.
Murmur all that you can.
Oh how I love your articulate voice.
Be gentle with me,
I'm easy to break.
Fall for me,
Like I'm your only universe.
Invade me please-
So I am not alone.
Invade me please-
So I don't have to think otherwise.
