As I dance to the beat,
my body moves and flows with the rhythms,
and I release myself to the sounds...
Around the bonfire
I watch the smoke slide up to the stars,
shimmering slightly in their brilliance...
I notice I am slowing in my dance,
and a star shines a little bigger and brighter...
I watch as it moves towards me,
slowing my dance,
but still feeling the energy we raised...
I look,
and it is almost before me,
somehow unfamiliar yet known...
Slightly shimmery,
as if not quite there,
and yet ethereal in truth...
Bright and full of light,
as if the beauty of nature
were seen from a distance...
A warm glow of fire,
enhancing my life,
as if touching were nothing...
I watch it come to me,
spiraling around,
as if a firefly dizzy with happiness...
It sparkles,
glows,
and shows peace for once in my life...
I relax and smile,
knowing it is only there for support,
showing the truth of what I do...
Softly, silently,
I smile and nod,
wiping tears from my cheeks...
I called for something,
and it has come,
even if I am not sure why...
It blinks,
as if wanting to tell me something,
and then it is leaving,
progressing towards a brighter light...
I know my purpose,
for the bright spirit in my vision
has helped guide me along my path...
I fall to the ground,
with the embers still dancing around me,
and visions still floating in my head...
I wake slowly,
wondering what happened...
Glancing at the embers of the fire,
I remember the light and warmth...
My spirit guide's essence still lingers,
and I cry silently as I smile...
I know the truth,
and I know why it came to me...
I called it,
and I now have an answer
for my problem...
