WHAT TO DO ?

What do you do whin you have a business, thats over 20 years old and a new business opens up in front of you. and uses all your advisement and all the hard work that you did to build it up and the cops are on there side and they told you that if you complany that they will close you down. What would you do. I have tryed to think up some thing and i'm stumped , and it has to be legal. do i take it lyeing are do i fight and if i fight how please help ??? casperBOO

Unless they are doing something illegal like slandering your name or defacing your store there isn't much you can do. If you suspect they are using unfair business practices then you can always consult your local Better Business Bureou.

Date: 7/10/2002 6:28:00 PM From Authorid: 53052 move your business? normally they need to ask someone to put up shop right infront of you..(eg like a mall.. there are stipulations that says that your not allowed to have 2 places that serve the same thing within it... like 2 vid stores)
