If you are tired of all the above, then stop doing them. Most guys dont actually care on a day to day basis what you look like so long as you look ok when it matters. |

Farley's, this is meant as a joke post, and you are absolutely wrong about that. Most guys would think a woman is lazy or nasty if she didn't do all of this on a day to day or at least every other day basis. As would most women. I cannot stand to be unhygenic. It is just not done. LOL |

Legs, I rarely shave them. Hair, I tie it back or just leave it to dry straight. Make-up, what's that? Mirrors, I avoid them! High heels, I wear clogs or flat shoes. Nailvarnish, my toes are often rainbow coloured but I rarely paint my fingernails. Jeans...well, do they EVER fit? So there you go, I guess I am not a typical woman... |

How is having hairy legs unhygienic?? Hmmmmm? I am not aware that my legs perspire more than any other part of me...LOL!, I am sure that some people find it aesthetically displeasing but are we to call all men unhygienic (ROFL!!) because they have hairy legs? |

Now nose hairs....THAT is an entirely different matter...how on EARTH can men demand that we ladies shave our legs when they have a small forest sprouting out of each nostril? |

Well LSR, it is just how you look at it, here in the US, it is considered unhygenic, at least where I was raised. It's the way I was raised, I have no wish to say that about anyone, it is simply my opinion, sorry if it offended. |

It didn't offend in the least Monkey sis, I just cannot comprehend how it could possibly be unhygienic, I can think of areas of the body where hair could be classes as far more unhygienic than on the legs...and yet do we all shave that hair off????....LOL! |

you say most men demand this of their women. have you ever asked a man if they care about these things on a day-to-day basis? I think not. And as far as hygeine is conerned high heels dont contribute to that and neither does make-up LOL |

Yeah, well, I havent shaved my legs since last Friday, and I don't havea ny fingernails, don't wear make-up every day, my hair is never perfect, and my clothes are comfortable (shorts and t-shirts) But, the guy I like likes me the same, maybe it has something to do with who I am? I guess that makes me lazy and nasty. |

Well I do only about half as the list above.. high heels I'd sprain my ankles.. I gave up trying to have my hair just right.. so its just pulled back most of the time.. as for make up.. every now and then.. shaving my legs.. well only during the summer LOL.. I dont pain my nails or toenails.. umm.. but the jeans.. yeah I can hardly find a pair that fits just right lol.. |

lol LSR, let's just put it like this. If I saw a woman walking down the road with shorts and hairy legs, I really don't think I'd consider her hygenic. It's just my opinion, that body hair should be shaved off in all places that can be in order to maintain hygeine. My opinion. And I know that a lot of men would have a BIG problem with women not shaving, lol, one guy told me it was nasty when a woman didn't shave... but he was a prude anyway, lol |

Actually Farley's I have. I was curious about it and so asked a couple of my men friends, most of them do consider it nasty. They like women's legs to be smooth, not hairy or stubbly. More pleasant to look and feel against them. |

You're right, MonkeyLuvr. Most men including myself would want women to be hygienic. I don't want to see a woman with hairy legs. Ill! I admire women who go through all that trouble whether to make themselves feel good or to impress a guy. |

I totally agree being a woman is a tough job and ever since like the early 20s or somethin its always been hard.. we have always had to do dishes and do daily chores.. there should be a holiday for woman where they dont have to do anything.. we only wear make up and shave our legs and so on because of men .they count on us to be beautiful and look perfect its so not rite! Tired of shaving? Nope.. I wax! :P Tired of my hair? GOD YES! It's down to my lower back and there's NOTHING to do with it.. it just.. hangs there. LOL Tired of endless make-up sessions? Eh, not really. I go for the "natural" look, but when I have to go "dramatic" I get all stressed out. LOL Tired of mirrors? Nah.. I love em!! hehe Tired of high heels? Good LORD, yes. I'm only 5'4" and I HATE it. LOL I wear high heels/platforms everywhere! Tired of painting nails and toenails to match? Actually, I get my nails done French manicure so I can do anything I want with my piggies!! :P Tired of non-fitting jeans? Sigh.. yes.. usually they're a little loose in the legs, nice in the butt, and big around the waist! And if I go a size lower, they don't fit! LMAO!! My gripe is Aunt Flow! WHY CAN'T SHE LEAVE ME ALONE!! hehe |
