I get like that a lot. Its a hard feeling to have.. For me, even though I own my own knife in my room, I never use it. Sometimes it makes me feel that I shouldn't do it when I look at it. It's not worth it, seriously. Everyone goes through that feeling, and no matter how rough it is, you gotta stick it out. Just relaxe get away from the computer and take a nap or something, or go on a walk. **HUGS** If you need anyone to talk to, I'm here.  |

suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. what ever it is you are going through is not going to last forever. life is a bout changing, things will change. maybe not today, maybe not tomarrow, but it wont last forever. i am glad that you came online to talk about it instead of just ending your life. when i start to feel that way, i try to think about the good things. i think about my family, and friends, and my daughter. how would she survive, who would be there to kisss her boo boos? who is going to be there to hug mom and dad? who are they going to wish happy birthday? it wont be me because im will be gone. instead, they will have to march to my grave and place flowers at my headstone. think about the things you are going to miss in life. think about your future. heres what you can do to keep your mind occupied. get some paper, and a pencil, write down everything you like about yourself. then write down what you want to accomplish in your life. what kind of dreams do you have for your future? write them down. write what others like about you. when you get done, read back over if you want, but put it up in a safe place, and when you feel the same way again, go back and read what you have written about yourself. it may not make you happier, but it will make you feel better about yourself. you can make it through this, i know you can. dont ever give up.  |

I agree with everyone elses comments. You shouldn't do it because whatever problems you have they can be fixed, suicide is permanent and there is no going back after you have done it. Please don't do this. I will keep you in my prayers tonight.  |
