is it cold now where i pulled away
i didnt mean for it to be this way
its so hard to eat the same mistakes
im so sorry dear, i cant swallow this fear

relationships are such a complicated game
i seem to lose at it all, so why hold the dice
and play,

but when warm arms wrap around me, i want to push
and shove it further down the drain
