dreams of slashing throat

i have many dreams that don't make any sence. half of my dream come true and half don't. but last week i had my second scariest dream that i'm scard that it may come true like the other. my first dream that came true was that i began cutting my wrist constantly trying to cover emotional pain now my wrist are beganning to heal.but whenever i look at my wrist i just remember those nights and that dream that came true and all the trouble i did going to thrapy lessons. know i had a dream that i started cutting my throat to cover up the pain of looking at my wrist. i scard that it might come true just like my other one. i know it doesn't make any sence but that how dreams go sometimes making and sometimes not making any sence.

i still don't know.
