Man in a grey sweater walking around....

this has happened only twice, but id like your advice. both times, i saw a man, slightly hunched, but i could only see part of him. this part would be the right side of his body, like a little bit of his arm and his back. im about 80% sure it was a male. i couldnt see the hair either, but both times i only saw the exact same part of his body and both times he was wearing a gray sweater, a fuzzy gray sweater. i told my family about it, they said its family members that have died that you can see sometimes, but i thought these family members that u see after they die were supposed to be very close to you. i havent really had any close family members die, except for my uncle, my moms brother, but i wasnt very close to him. im not sure what this means, but i dont get a very good vibe or felling when i see him, even the second time when i was trying to be positive about it and thinking he was a dead relative. anything in the future that might happen perhaps? i could really use your help. oh i forgot to mention, the first time i saw him was at my best friends house, which is my neighbor, on a rainy day, and the secone time was at my house, at night. ill appreciate any advice or help i get, thanks! <-Togobotch->
