2 hours of sleep, busy days ~Huma

I want to squeeze every once of fun, and every penny out of life, i only get 2 hours of sleep, i wake up to do general labor, for minimum cash, and i stay out and have fun with friends in the afternoon- to night, at night, i have to practice guitar with my band, and get 10 minutes relaxation, once in a while, i get my required amount of sleep, but guilt fills me, the time i spent there, I COULDVE DONE SOMETHING, but nooo, that time took it away, i've organized and scheduled, there is no way to clear this up.. what should i do? ~Huma

Date: 6/18/2002 3:58:00 AM  From Authorid: 53054    ok u do need sleep...other wise u get so worn down that all u want to do and feel like doing is sleep...u get bags under ur eyes and u cant even get up in the morning...i use to do what u say here....put i got so worn down...this was like 8 months ago and ive still got the side effects from it...pelase go to your doctor and see if u need soemthing...i really think that u need to sleep other wise u just get sooo tired.....  
Date: 6/18/2002 4:37:00 AM  From Authorid: 2420    I know how you feel, I'm the same way. You have to make time for yourself, your body needs rest or your going to fall on your face. Give up one or two of the things you do, atleast every other day. Good Luck. Hope you get some rest  
Date: 6/18/2002 1:28:00 PM  From Authorid: 55319    Woh, maybe you need to take one day off of all of your work and concentrate on planning your daily life. Take that day off to relax and have fun also, but Plan, Plan, Plan! It will help a lot.
