REAL dreams being Attacked

OK at first I thought I was just having some crazy nightmares, but starting back as far as 7-8 years ago I have been having these dreams that feel VERY real. When they first started I thought nothing because they were maybe once a month, and had always been that way. Well about 2 years ago they became much more REAL, It always happens when I first go to sleep about 5 minutes in. Then 1. My point of view I am awake looking around the room in present time but still asleep usually I get a numb (like when your arm falls asleep) feeling throughout my whole body and am partially paralized while trying my hardest to wake myself up and usually do so by screaming which starts as a weak mumble, and my wife has to wake me up and comfort me til I realize it's over. 2. Wifes point of view I mumble moving (kinda twitching) guess trying to wake my self my eye lids flutter then either she wakes me or I wake myself if and I start screaming and looking around the room wide eyed til I figure out it's over and I'm awake. She also says lately I have been making a crying noise instead of the usual mumble. The reason I wrote this is for the past 4-6 months it is a nightly basis and in the past weeks especially the past 2 weeks They have gotten way out of control and one recent one I saw someone which I always feel a presence and think someone is trying to get me and I have to get away but I seen someone standing over me looked like the grim reapper and I was screaming trying to wake when it stabbed a dagger like blade into my stomach and I awoke screaming. In all my dreams I have always analized what is going on and looked for subconscious meanings but this has proven difficult and I hope maybe some of you have answers, advice, or maybe someone to tell me Im crazy. This is the first time I have asked for advice on this subject I usually keep it to myself and my wife because she is there and I find some people think Im crazy(more weird) and dont get serious advice. Im scared to goto sleep.........OH yeah usually happens 3-4 times in the first 30 Min of sleep....SUCKS!!!!!!!
