LOL - wow, I can't believe Americans. Over here nobody involves the police or lawyers unless it's life or death. That's like an unwritten rule. I have the details of a guy who stole a grand from me, and I'm sorting it out man-to-man. Don't involve the cops in everything, then say "why!?" when your country gets policed tighter than Russia. |

Give them a phone call if you're scared to face them. Say, "Hey, just letting you know it's 11:30pm and your neighbors need some rest. Could you tone it down some?" I'll bet that you here something like "OK, thanks for letting us know." Most people are pretty decent, regardless of how loud the volume goes. Give it a shot. |

Call the cops, I do on the kid across the street all the time now. He likes to turn his car stereo on and blare it, the bass in this thing rattles my windows and makes you sick to your stomach inside my house. He will sit on the porch with it blaring. You can tell the police that you don't want them to come to your house or use your name as they report, they will follow your wishes and tell them that there are complaints from the neighbors, but they won't know which one....  |
