that used to happen to me, when my mum went out at night i got so worried and akways preyed. jut ignore the feelings, as you grow up they'll go away.  |

That scares me sometimes..because, i experience a lot of (dreams coming true) in some way or another as a form of deja vu...I usualy block all that out or atleast try...and shrug it off as having something to do with my fears and anxieties...What used to work for me was, Right before you go to sleep..repeat something pleasant in your mind..think of something that makes you happy..put ur mind in positive mode...relax..clear your mind..wriggle your feet in a circular motion...breathe in and out slowly..ect.  |

I remember i was always scared of that! has sumone recently died in ur family? cuz when my mom died, i was so frightened my dad would die. sumtimes i get these really scary feelings like b4 i go to bed, that i might die. but the best thing to do is to think about all the good things in life and all the stuff in life to look forward to. Well that sounds terrible enough to not be able to sleep.......look, i would explain something to you about that feeling....but it's way long to explain...all i have to tell you is this....FEAR is the weapon satan uses the most against human beings......i understand you because i felt like that a while ago...only God can take that scary feeling away....next time you are afraid of something, DON'T SAY IT OUT LOUD.....just pray about it ok...Good luck sweetie.... *Heavenly Angel*  |
