well.....ther are human spirits & inhuman spirits. Inhuman spirits have never lived on Earth in a flesh body, human spirits are ghosts. If you cann really discern between inhuman spirits & human spirits, you should not be practicing divination, even by ouija..that is my opinion.  |

There is a lot of confusion about spirits and ghosts. A spirit is the essence of the person who left the physical world. A ghost is actually a re-enactment of an event. When there has been a highly traumatic event in a place, like a violent crime, the energy of the event stays within the walls and acts like a kind of tape recorder. When the conditions are right the event will play out. When these are observed by people they look like a film being played. The so called ghosts don't have any life form they are just shadows of a past event. They can be frightening though if you don't understand. Any highly charged emotion will create these enactments. Sometimes you can sense that a building has a lot of memories - even though you can't see them.  |

wow thanx for telling me that. now i understand. so ghosts are tape recordings, they don't move around freely to spook ppl. also what u said about highly strung emotions bring the event out, i read a story about a girl who saw her dead sister every time she was deeply depressed. |
