Please understand that this has to happen. You can only be out of your body for a short period of time, perhaps two hours or so in our time. But in astral time this may only seem like a few moments. If you don't get back to your body within a certain amount of time...damage to your body can occur. But there will always be someone to interrupt you and make you get back in time so long as the silver cord in not broken. Sometimes it will seem you are literally jerked back, and you will wake up with a sense of falling. (Man of Asgard)  |
