I know the toy stores hire 16year olds in my area, food court, some of the clothing shops will and you usually get a discount to boot! Most of the major dept stores hire your age. Try Sears, JCPenney, Macys...all would be great jobs! Good luck Pixie! |

if you're a waitress, you get paid the 2.50 or however much an hour. no matter what, you're paycheck will be the amount of hours you worked times 2.50. you get that, but you get to keep all your tips, which could be over a hundred dollars a night.. that's the awesome part.. with taxes, though, i think you end up PAYING the IRS or whatever instead of getting money back.. but you're under 18.. so i'm not sure |

I know that working for the city or state pays well. My city hires young students to mow city parks and do things like that, plus it looks good on a resume. |

just go to the stores in the mall and ask for an application. Apply to all the ones you can. When you get interviews ask what the pay rate is and how soon can you be up for a raise. Then you can make a decision from all the stores you applied to. You better hurry though I work in the mall and most places have already hired the summer employees. BabyCry |

Pix, just go all over, to stores that you think you'd be interested in working for, and ask for a job application. Take em home, fill em out, return em, and wait by the phone...lol |
