Sure I have. I think everyone has felt that way from time to time. Especially those of us with alot of sensitivity. Things get all bottled up and sometimes you just got to let it out. Have yourself a good cry and it will be alright. I promise. *hugs*  |

I do a lot and usually there is not specific reason for it...the moods just hit. I think it's a hormone thing too.  |

I have to work 32 hour shifts sometime and after the stress of work and lack of sleep it does not take much to get me to start crying (MCI comercials are the worst)  |

Everyone is different but, the same thing happens to me every now and then. Just sit down and cry and then cry some more. You should feel better. At least I do. That is until I wake up to puffy eyes the next morning. Hehe. I would check with a doctor if it gets out of control though. Good luck. Gentel Breeze  |
