I highly doubt you are possesed, you are most likely freaking yourself out and just need to calm down, it may have been your imagination or some entity attack, but highly doubt it is possesion , what were you doing and have you reported any paranormal activity before?  |

Probably just something going through you. If you were possessed you would have either blacked out, or felt strange, tingly, and maybe dizzy too. So no, probably nothing to worry about. You can always pray and ask God not to let that spirit bother you again, that is, if you are Christian or Catholic, or whatever is appropriate for your religion or belief system, hope this helps.   |
