Just got back from my fifth drive, second in my Uncle's automatic truck. I went on a pretty long drive, maybe a 25 mile round trip even though it was all within my area. Some driving down through a couple neighborhoods, a couple of the busiest intersections in the area (which made me nervous, lol) and some stretches of country road in the rural parts. I don't oversteer anymore, drive almost flawlessly. The only thing I really need to work on is making the perfect stop - I stop either slightly too quickly, or too gradually. Next time I'm sure maybe I'll even fix that problem. :) All in all i'm enjoying it a great deal. I'm probably going to head out again tomorrow. Going to take a driving course starting on June 4th, since a vehicle is rarely available for my use. Three two hour lessons, then I'm going to pay a fee to use the Driving School car for the DMV Test, and then I'll be licensed, hopefully all before July. :) Anyone else practicing for their license right now? I'll keep everyone updated. :)
