Should I change or should I not?

You see, I do ot know if I should change my ways of kindness. I dont even know if its kindness or not.

I let them face harsh reality. Its like I pretend I don't care much about them, though sometimes I show I do and tall them frankly. Quote: 'YOu can't handle the truth'

I let them handle the truth. In the long run, it may help them as they have learned how to cope with it. I'm not after credit mind you. But some of them might hate me for that.

Or should I tackle kindness like all other people? I try my best to have both but its my frankness.
