~Take A Look Around, A Very Good Look~.......BreezeyGal

Take a look around, a very good look,
Can you tell me what it is that you see?
Does it appear to be indifferent of yourself?
Or perhaps you are seeing yourself instead of me?

Does a fear suddenly arise within?
Are there feelings of despair as you gasp for air?
As you realize that you may as well be looking in a mirror?
For the similarities are so many that you see and compare?

Yes, take a look around, a very good look,
Before you stand on your righteous podium
Ask yourself how many times you have been mirrored
For that which you now harshly scorn, you once may have become

Perhaps we need not be so quick to pass judgment
Prior to cleaning up our own image as it may be seen
Jumping so swiftly to condemn without assessing the situation
For often, at times, following this style has simply become routine

~Breezey
**I have seen myself mirrored while viewing the actions of others; in various situations, and I have to admit, I didn't find it to be a very pretty picture I was seeing either.**

Date: 11/18/2003 5:08:00 AM  From Authorid: 21834    Thanks Breezey. We all need to take a look at ourselves sometimes. I always loved the words to Billy Joel's "The Stranger". They are so true. Take care my friend.
