Well it's not just a problem I have had for half of the day I see..After trying a lot of different things,I finally contacted AOL help and the tech told me to delete certain files and assited me in changing a few settings..After the changes,I had to restart my computer and type in the USM addy and save it in my favorites again..This happened to me before but I had forgetten how to "fix" it..It took me and my son about an hour to locate my ID and password.  ..The entire thing was very frustrating!! I do wonder why this happens. I hate getting redirected to another site but especially msn.com.. I have no interest in their site whatsoever. I do hope you will get your password back soon. ((hugs))  |

No, thank goodness. Sorry to hear you've had problems. Hope you can retrieve your password to your original account soon. The worst thought is, is that it says in FAQ that once Admins become aware of alternative accounts, they delete the latest ones! There really ought to be some sort of password retrieval system we can complete here and we get email to give us our password or in the very least, a new one for the same account.  |
