the day has turned
and the sun has left
the moon is covered
but the stars are the best
i can watch and gaze
gaze and slip away
into an awake coma
in the night of the day
i watch the stars fall
but where do they go

and ride the flow
take that trip
and see where it's headed
sit in the stars
