its a horrible feeling, isnt it?? Until recenty i'd never killed anything in my life and being the huge animal lover that i am, i had no intention of killing anything either. But then i was driving along and a bird swooped down and i hit it with my car. God it was horrible .... i got out and the poor little thing wasnt looking all that flash ... infact it was pretty messed up. I freaked out and felt so bad ~~ i had tears in my eyes when i got home. Mum thought i was nuts but it does weight on ya mind ....  |

SunAngel, Oh its so awful, isnt it??? I called my mom, and all she said was at least it wasnt a person. But I will never forget what happened. The bunny was so scared. Its so awful. Just yesterday I saw baby bunnies. Did you ever see them when they are babies? They are so adorable!!!!  |

i'm sorry LOA. i have never hit an animal other than a snake, but it was on a dirt road and he just slithered on into the grass. out where i live, there are always so many dead animals in the middle of the road. i hate it. i'm sorry you hit the rabbit, but it sounds like you really couldn't help it. luv -MaceyHope  |

*HUGS* I am sorry it is really tough to hit an animal I hit a deer once and it was horrible I felt evil! But please don't worry, although death is horrible, it is a natural part of life, if humans weren't meant to eat animals, then we wouldn't have incisors, and if you think about it when we walk around in the yard we accidentaly kill bugs, unfortunatley it's just a part of life, so please try not to beat yourself up too bad over it! Take care!!!!  |
