Do you want to die in an odd or mysterious way? (<>..<>) Alien

Death, it will happen to everyone. No matter how hard you try you just can't escape the reaper catching up to you (or a magical fairy waving the death wand over you, what ever you may believe in)

So now that we've all accepted the fact; how would you like to die? Some wish to pass along in their sleep peacefully. While others would like to die young in daredevil stunts so they won't die old. Family people probably want their family to be with them in the last moments before they kick the bucket. But if you are a loner you might not want a whole lot of people around you as you are dying.

As there are ways that people would want to die there are also ways people would not want to die. I personally wouldn't want to die in the middle of the ocean in an oil spill caught on fire; the freezing, burning, suffocation, and drowning all in one just isn't my cup of tea. Another un-wishful death would be starvation, your last moments would be hunger pangs. Some criminals don't want the death penalty, especially the electric chair which they don't use anymore. I would also hate to be one of the Darwin Award Winners, leaving my life with an award for stupidity and clearing out the gene pool. The majority of people wouldn't want pain and suffering associated with their death. Although if you are into masochism you might like to die in pain. Some people would like to die temporarily and come back to tell others what the experience was like.

Now for me I would like an interesting or mysterious death. Not murder, but something people would be amazed by. It's going to happen anyways so I would want it to be ordinary and boring? Maybe disappearing in the Bermuda Triangle, something to do with the paranormal would be much more exciting than in my sleep.

My mom's grandmother was blind and lived on a farm where they rarely dressed up. Before she died she dressed up in her nicest clothing, a shrank fell on her (shrank German word for wardrobe closet) Some people say she knew she was going to die, that is why she was wearing nice clothing. My mom's grandpa was sitting on his porch and saw some mysterious lights before he died, he had a stroke. (the lights could have had to do with the stroke, but I don't know?) My grandma's father shot himself in the head (this is one I would not like, terrible and sad) And my grandma had a mysterious death too. She died of a heart attack on Valentines day, but that's not the weird part. At the funeral there were people that my parents, my grandpa, and I didn't even know. Supposedly they were either from her nursing home or the church? Then my mom had a dream about someone giving her medicine to have a heart attack. After the funeral our grandpa also told us that she wasn't really buried in her coffin. That was really weird, he didn't say anything else about where she would be? And we really don't want to go grave robbing or anything like that. So it is still a mystery. I think it would be cool to have a little air of mystery about yourself.

But alas fate really decides how we will pass along, no matter what you believe you will face death eventually. The question is if you could decide now how would if go?
