A Little Help Here? What the heck is this thing?

Oh,the cheap laughs you can gain...) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Look,this has been happening since I was eight. I see this enigmatic ,stationary black spot every once in a while. The most recent was two days before this posting. When I look at it,it is painful, but I am pretty sure that it is not a migraine thing, because I have had this checked out by several psychics and doctors (etc.) for months, and they usually tell me it is a paranormal object, and/or that there is no physical proof it exists. Now, I have used a magnetic field machine while it appeared, and the magneticity was pretty high. When Iseeit though, I feelalmost paralyptically horrified, as that it usually comes in random. The thing is,I go out of a room, and return to see that it is still there. After some time, it is either gone, or is significantly smaller. Their appearances are usually located in the same areas, however the "shock"arises especially when they appear new, or are in groupings. The auras that I see become chaotic, no matter the situation of the "black spot." Plus, telekinesis sometimes occurs, but that is rare. So pretty much, all ofmy other psychic abilities are arisen to go wacky when that strange black thing, in an organic ink-blot-like shape, appears. So, what the heck is it!?!I do not plan spending the rest of my already depressing life entrapped in a psychic bubble. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` Oh, and if you were wondering, psybeams and psi-balls do not always work as my shielding devices.
