Ugh..sorry if you did a restore..there is no way of getting those old files back if you didnt save any of it to disc ahead of time..trust me I know..just did the same thing last week..xoxo  |

Yup..You can get some of the files back..but it will cost you lots and lots of money..... I haven't seen a file recovery utility on the net that is powerful enough to recover anything after a format and an overwrite..But there are companies that specialize in this and could do it for the right price..But if there wasn't anything important like Top Secret Nuclear Sub Missle plans..Than you would probably be better off trying to rebuild them from memory....  |
