Date: 5/11/2002 9:47:00 PM From Authorid: 47699 It sounds like your diet is just healthier. You probably don't have anything to worry about but if you're really concerned, you should go to see your doctor. Congratulations on reaching your desired weight! |

Date: 5/11/2002 10:01:00 PM From Authorid: 49345 If your body has been in need to lose weight for a while, you will lose it quickly at first which explains your rapid weight loss at first... eventually it will run down. For your own good you should probably start eating a light breakfast, a bigger lunch, then a smaller supper. Keep all your meals wholesom and nutricious. Exercize in the afernoon. |

Everybodies metabolism and weight loss rates are different. Maybe yours is just faster I wouldn't worry too much. But I'm so happy you lost the weight you wanted to. For some reason I find it much harder. I just can't seem to lose the weight no matter what. |

Date: 5/11/2002 11:31:00 PM From Authorid: 49742 I agree it's because you are eating healthier and drinking more water...Congratulations on your weight loss! Big Hugs Angelfollower |
Date: 5/12/2002 2:15:00 AM From Authorid: 51684 The only time that you have to worry about it being "too easy" is if you lose it too fast. If you started in January, and you haven't yet lost the total 20 pounds, I'm betting that you're doing fine. They say that a person should lose no more than 2 pounds a week. The "meal replacement" probably has a lot to do with it. P.S. Congratulations on your success! ~Charisma K.~ |
