...why not just take her out to dinner at a place that has the type of food she really likes? This would probably mean more to her than the "obligitory gift".  |

hmmmm. not a bad idea, but she is kinda on a diet, but kinda not with it so much, so thats not a bad Idea, but maybe thats whats going to happen anyway with the rest of the fam, so that probably wont work either.

I don't know what to suggest. I went shopping with my mom and told her to pick something out and I would buy it for her. It's just easier that way. She could not decide so I guess I'll just give her an I.O.U. Lol!   |

You say your mom has all but thats never true.. The best things given are those that are free and one of a kind. A simple card made with love and in your own words, a photo taken only for her to look at on her trip, a poem writen with solely her in mind and fond memeories of what a great mother she is. Ive found that the most precious things ever given are not bought. Good luck |

LOL@MOM... I know, I will never take anybody on vacation, they are taking me! LOL.... all of these are great Ideas but my mom doesn't read, we dont have a chipendales within the next 150 miles, RADIUS, I think Rlauren C has the best Idea...
