Twice drowned

ok in the last two weeks ive had kinda the same dream twice. ok im at my grandmas, and she lives on a lake. ok the first dream was like this: i was on a concrete boat ramp where they put boats in the water right, and i got pushed into the water, i mean it wasnt deep, like i had my hands on the bottom and my face was in the water, but my arms werent strong enough to push my face out of the water and i wake up all out of breath and panting cuz i mustve been holding my breath the whole time. that was the first one then last night i had one where iwas jumping off this bridge we all jump off of, and i hit the water and kept going down even tho i was kicking, but the thing was like my legs werent strong enough either i could kick em but not fast enough to get up to the surface and i keep going down. and then somehow, and by this time im panicking like severely panicking, practically crying underwater, and somehow i got to the top and when i did i like woke up and was out of breth agin. but im not scared of water, i grew up around water, i was born in a town that is like surrounded by two lakes, we always had boats and we always tubed, i mean yah i was kinda scared tho cuz i always thot something was gonna grab me and pull me under, or one of my friends was gonna hold me under jokingly too long, but thats like one of my biggest fears now that i think about it, drowning that is, cuz like youd be underwater and everyone would be laughing being like oh hes just joking around hahaha blah blah blah, and they wouldnt go in after u. so i guess that might be the reason, but why all of a sudden am i having them. i mean ive never had a dream where i it manifests itself after i wake up, like where im outta breath, before and its scaring me.

so someone if u have an answer or nething that could help me itd be appreciated
