Who knows if happiness even exists --IcyFire

Here I am alone once more,
all my friends are off having fun.
Why is my pathetic life such a bore,
I feel like I'm the only one.

I've got no one to call,
on friday nights when I'm in my room.
I'll continue to stumble and crawl,
slowly reaching my final doom.

Every one has somewhere to go,
and so many people to see.
Here I am, left so low,
every one's having fun but me.

I thought teenage years were gonna be great,
to fool around and hang out all day.
Well, it really wasn't worth the wait,
because I got lost along the way.

Maybe some day it'll get better,
but by then I'll already be old.
Instead I'll be at home knitting a sweater,
to give to my grandchildren when they are cold.

You know what, this really sucks,
I wish I didn't feel like this.
For happiness, I'd pay a million bucks,
but who knows if happiness even exists?
