A cold is basically the mildest thing you can get. After the cold is the flu so a cold is as simple as a runny nose, a slight cough and maybe a slight sore throat. If you have a fever or are becoming queezy, you have the flew. Colds are mild and generally easy to cope with but they CAN last a while and CAN really bog you down. Fluids and rest is REALLY all you can do for a cold. -  |

I am with Smooth Criminal. You also need to keep those hands clean. That is how germs spread. I am having a sore throat too. Maybe the sniffling thing is allergies. I sneeze every two seconds when I have bad allergies. I have to sleep it off. I hope that you get better soon. Lots of sleep and fluids. My mom makes me do apple cider vinegar for sore throats.(gargle with it) It tends to make it better. Hope it helps. Miss Molly  |
