I have noticed a few people asking, for help with computer related problems....
People are more than happy to help, I know I am....
But we need some basic info before, we can even try....
We would like to know what Operating System you are running, Processor type and speed, amount of memory(RAM) you have installed....
Who the manufacturer is?? Dell,Gateway,HP,Packard Bell,Compaq,etc.....
Did you recentley install any software, that you think may be contributing to the problem?
What kind of connection are you using?(Dial-up,Broadband)
Are you using a Firewall Program?(ZoneAlarm,Black ICE)
You know just a little more background than "This is doing this, and I am going to wipe my hard drive to fix the problem"
