I wish I could feel the touch of your hand in mine

I wish I could see the sparkle in your eyes
When I'm looking into those perfect saphires
The way your body felt so warm to my touch
Those are the things I wish I didn't miss so much
I miss the way you held me close
I miss the sweet smell of your clothes
I miss lying next to you in the night
And I miss holding your hand so tight
I can't help but feel empty sometimes
Without you I want to break down and cry
There are sometimes I feel I just can't go on
