Sassy, try not to worry too much. I know that's asking a lot, but rememember that most of those lumps are benign. I have been through the same thing and everything was o.k. I have to have a mammogram every year just to keep tabs on everything. I also have a friend who just went through this and good her good news that everything was clear last week. So, I'll be praying for you and you just let us know. If they want to take more pictures or if they want to do other tests, that still is not reason to panic. The doctors just want to be thorough.  |

As a person who is in the suvival stages of Cancer you have a lot of positives right now. (Hypothetical) If this cancer, I have a suggestions to give you, One, do ot think it is a death sentence because it is very curable. two, be prejudice on the doctor that you see (make sure he enjoys his work other than his golf score); I would look for a center of excellence. I personally went to the Indiana U. in Indianapolis. Three, There is a good chance high chance that it will be curable. Four, It may be a long road for you, but you must stay very positive. (I know how hard this is) I would like to end up by a quote in lance Armstrongs book. A military person wrote to him in his time of woe and stated, "We are the lucky ones". I am starting to understand what he meant and if you go through this you will too. Be patience, You never know what that could be.  |

I was 24 & I had to go through all of that 7 come to find out all it was is fibrous tissue because after 3 children i got fibrosistic disease & they didn't know it.
