*cries* I wanna use the crest strips but I have blasted crowns! they'd look kinda bad if two front teeth were a little off white and all the rest were pearly LOL so no I haven't used anything sorry   |

Im in Canada, a box of the Crest strips, which is what I was going to get, is $50 but the whitening stuff I got a deal on $8 US. As for quitting, thanks Mercury my secreat lol, well nothing I went cold turkey, was a total *ahem* and was taking care of my daughter so the stress was more than usual. I just let myself be mean and fought it out, I still want one, many times trust me lol but what stops me is that I dont want to live thoes 3 days of hell all over again, it was hard on me but harder on my baby who had a really hostile mom. I know it sounds hard but when I started I just stuck to my resolve, I did have 2 puffs off a smoke a few weeks back, things were really stressed and I was caving but surprize surprize it tasted aweful...The worst part for me is that after having a baby and then quitting smoking Ive gained, more weight than I would like, but Im trying to put my energise there now. Thanks for all the comments   |

In our local newspaper they had some people do different brands of whitening and the one thing everyone complained about was that it made there teeth very sensitive..  |

yeah... it's the *ahem* part that worries me... but I don't know that I could be a bigger one than I am during what I call "happy hour at the zoo" (the time before dinner)... Ever have three kids (5 and under) try to "help" you make dinner? LOL |

I had terrible yellowing teeth (due to lack of calcium) after i got my braces off, so my mom took me to the dentist and payed a certain amount of money (don't know how much) to get "Opalescence"...its this customized bleaching system, in which they take a mold of your mouth, make plastic teeth trays of your teeth and give you the bleaching tubes..within a couple of weeks, my teeh were way white and it felt great to not be embarrassed bout my discolored teeth..and the great thing is, each tube is about 5 bucks after you get the kit..so you can re-do your bleaching after about 6 months or so..or whenever you feel you need it  |
